WHO IS YOUR HERO?

Who is your hero? My hero is my aunt. Her name is Pina, she is about 50 but she looks like a 35 years woman, and she is the sister of my father. She takes care of everyone. She’s always been in my life since I was little. When she was younger she suffered of cancer and I remember my family and I were very worried. After years of cures today she’s okay, she defeated the cancer. My aunt inspired me because she has been very courageous   and thanks to her I know I can deface everything. My aunt baptized and confirmed me and we have a beautiful relationship. I love her and I hope the best for her, I know she hopes the same. ♥

THE GUERNICA

The photo shows the chaotic impact of the war in a closed space, maybe a house's room. It's a black&white photo and it's taken by Picasso in 1937. On the left there's a mother with her son between her arms, a dead man and a bull; on the right there's a man that seems as if he's asking help near a little window and in the middle there's  a horse, an arm with a candle, a head that is entering in that room, an arm with a broken sword and there's a flower that might is symbol of purity. The atmosphere is depressing and agitated. I like it because I adore Picasso's paintings.

BLACK HISTORY MONTH & ROSA PARKS

Black History Month,or African-American History Month, is an annual celebration in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom for the memory of important people and events in the history of the African diaspora. Black History Month was created in 1926 in the United States, when historian Carter G. Woodson and the "Association for the Study of Negro Life and History" announced the second week of February to be "Negro History Week", choosed because on February 12th was the birthday of Abraham Lincoln and on February 14th was the birthday of Frederick Douglass. The expansion of Black History Week to Black History Month was first proposed by the leaders of the Black United Students at Kent State University in February 1969.

Rosa Parks (1913-2005) was an African-American Civil Right activist. Her birthday, on February 4th, and the day she was arrested, on December 1st have both become 'Rosa Parks Day'. On December 1st 1955, Parks refused the obey bus driver's order to give up her seat in the colored section to a white passenger, after the white section was arrested in Montgomery, Alabama. The Montgomery Bus Boycott became important symbol of the modern Civil Rights Movement. In her final years, she suffered from dementia. Parks received The Presidential Medal of Freedom. She died on October 24th 2005

There's a beautiful quotation of Chuck Palahniuk that says:
"Do you know why most survivors of the Holocaust were vegan? It's because they knowed what it's like to be treated like an animal."

This is a photo of a man that finally can go away form Auschwitz because everything finished.

This video shows the Nazi's horrible power . They ordered to Jews to burn dead people and Nazi laughed. It's horrible.

This is the soundtrack of La Vita E' Bella, one of the most famous film about Shoah.

On 27 January 1943 the Red Army liberates the remaining inmates Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp. I think it was a horrible and unfair period and I'm very happy that it finished.
